Corrections first. If a price, a start time, a meeting point or an official night opening on this site is out of date, tell us.

Reporting a change? Tell us the page, and if you can, link the operator's or the sight's own page that shows the new figure. We check it at the source before we touch anything, and the page's date moves when we do. If the change moves a score, every ranking that uses that tour is recomputed.
Think a score is wrong? Say which part and why. Rating, review count and price per hour follow fixed formulas, set out on how we score night tours. The after-dark score is a judgment. We'll look at it again.
We're not a tour operator or a travel agent. We can't book, change or refund a tour for you; that's the company you booked with.
No paid placements. We don't answer offers to move a tour up a list or soften a verdict in exchange for anything.
