What we collect

Nothing. Night Tours has no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels or tracking scripts and no cookies, so there's no consent banner to click through. There are no forms and no accounts.

Affiliate links

The Reserve buttons go to GetYourGuide and Viator. They carry a partner code so those companies can credit us with a booking, and they're marked rel="nofollow". Once you follow one, you're on their site and under their privacy policy, which may set cookies there. See the affiliate disclosure.

Fonts and hosting

Fonts, scripts and images are all served from this site, not from a third party. The server that hosts it may keep standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security.

Your rights

We collect no personal data, so we hold nothing about you to access, correct or delete. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and delete the correspondence when it's no longer needed.

Bylines and portraits

Our six writers, Clara Benn, Tom Albright, Nadia Okafor, Rosa Lindqvist, Marco Ferri and Ana Solís, are editorial personas rather than photographed people, and their portraits were generated. They don't claim to have been on the tours they rank. Their opinions are the site's editorial opinions; the research, the sourcing and the arithmetic behind their pages are real, and every figure says where it came from. The editorial standards page has the rest.

Photographs of places are real photographs from Wikimedia Commons, each credited below with its author and license. The portraits are generated and never show a real person.

The six byline portraits show our writers, who are editorial personas rather than photographed people. Each tour card carries an illustrative scene of that kind of night (a lantern walk, a plate of pasta, a paddle in glowing water) rather than a photo of the tour itself; no scene shows a real place, building, business or person. Every picture of a place on this site is a real photograph taken by the person credited below.
